You need a plan. It is a good idea to use eating plans that are known to be successful. The fact is, you have been on an “eating plan”. Your current “eating plan” is keeping you heavy and unhealthy. Weight Loss, Start Making Changes

Waiting until tomorrow never works. Why, because “tomorrow” is always “tomorrow”. It isn’t “today”.

Start “today” on your weight loss goals.  The sooner you  do, you can enjoy all the benefits of better health and well-being from the leaner body you will be able to achieve.

If you have been considering a weight loss program for some time, or you have been on other weight loss programs in the past and have not succeeded to date, then today can be the day that you decide to change your current habits. You will give yourself improved health for the rest of your life.

Did you know that even the smallest change that you can make today will be the steps to a new you? As Nike says, “Just Do It!” Take that first step right now.

What am I talking about? What first steps can you take, right now?

If nothing else, decide to drink enough water today to remain hydrated. Did you know that you need a minimum of eight 8 ounce glasses of water a day?  This alone makes a great first step towards improving your health and reducing your weight. Water helps the cells to function better. It also helps to detoxify the body. Being hungry can be a signal that you are actually dehydrated. Drink more water. If you drink coffee, drink extra water as coffee is a diuretic and will dehydrate you.  

Another small change is to cut 100 calories out per day. Did you know that if you current weight is stable and you maintain the same activity level but cut 100 calories per day, you would lose about 10 pounds in a year. You can do that.

It is very important to like your body as it is right now.  You can feel happy about your body. You body does so much for you. Be grateful for it and to it. It hears every word you say. And as you lose weight, feel happier your body.

What is the most important factor? The most important thing is making that change and taking that first step.

Doing that today could be the breakthrough that you need to push yourself to better things in every area of your life. The quality of your life in the future can very well depend on the action that you take right now.
