When you are harboring toxins and other things, you have to do periodic cleaning. I have been doing several detox’s this month, including kidney, colon, liver and gallbladder. My detox month is winding down.
We live in a polluted world. We take in toxins by breathing polluted air (do you drive a car or ride public transportation?). You eat food that has been modified and loaded with pesticides.
