We live in a polluted world. We take in toxins by breathing polluted air (do you drive a car or ride public transportation?). You eat food that has been modified and loaded with pesticides. These do not wash off the food. You put all sorts of chemicals on your body in makeup, lotions and more. This article is a short discussion about detox methods.

The other day I talked about detoxing the body if you want to lose weight. I talked a little about why our bodies are toxic and some basic ways to start cleaning up the mess.
