It is the beginning of the year. It is a good idea to get rid of the old and make way for the new. This week I will be doing an internal dusting and cleaning. Tuesday will be a fast day. I am also set up to eat whole foods, grains. I am like most people, and I have gotten off track do to the holiday. No matter.
Coming this year is a new book on macro (whole foods) eating. I am writing this with Theresa Delafield. The first book “Give Me Grains, Give Me Health” is about complete. Now to get a publisher and get it launched. This book will help you get well, if you are sick. It will help you stay healthy.
